Meet Racheal R. Santarpia
Racheal R. Santarpia is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse offering cosmetic injections, skin rejuvenation, medical and cosmetic dermatology, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and weight loss management to help Lakeland-area patients reach their aesthetic and wellness goals.
Having studied at the University of Florida and with more than 25 years of experience in the medical field, Racheal brings a high level of clinical knowledge, patient care expertise, and aesthetic precision to every treatment plan.
In 2021, alongside her daughter Brandie Goleno, this mother-daughter team opened Clique Salon and Med Spa, with Racheal leading Clique Med Spa and Brandie owning and operating Clique Salon.
Dr. Demetri Arnaoutakis
Dr. Demetri is a Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon who specializes in facial plastic surgery, hair restoration, and injectables. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
He frequently travels to national conferences to continue advancing his education and presenting his research. To date, he has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters.
Dr. Demetri is also part of the esteemed Haute Beauty Network, an exclusive publication representing an elite clientele of aesthetic physicians, with only two doctors selected in every major market.
James R. Seller, PA
James R. Seller brings more than 24 years of emergency medicine experience to Clique Med Spa, along with a strong foundation in patient safety, assessment, and procedure-based care.
He has completed more than 100 hours of Category 1 training in medical aesthetics, in addition to advanced mastery-level one-on-one hands-on training and cadaver anatomy labs with internationally recognized leaders in the industry.
His background allows him to bring a detail-oriented and clinically grounded perspective to aesthetic medicine, helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their treatment decisions.
