Cancellation, No-Show,
and Late Arrival Policy
Our goal is to provide quality medical spa treatments in a timely manner. To help us stay on schedule for every client, we maintain a clear appointment, cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policy. This allows us to better serve patients in need of care and make the best use of available appointment times.
Designed to respect your time, our team, and other patients.
We understand that emergencies, family responsibilities, and work obligations happen. However, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can prevent another patient from receiving care. Keeping a clear policy helps us stay fair, organized, and available for those on our schedule and waitlist.
Cancellation / No-Show for a Medical Spa Appointment
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing a waitlisted patient from getting treated.
The opposite can also happen: another patient may fail to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you because the appointment book appears full. A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment and does not cancel it in a timely manner. No-shows inconvenience our staff and our busy schedule.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance from the last business day. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation gives another person the opportunity to be seen.
Late Arrival for a Scheduled Appointment
We understand that delays can happen. However, we must try to keep other patients and practitioners on time. If you are running late, please notify the office as soon as possible.
If a patient arrives 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule the appointment.
We’re happy to help you cancel, reschedule, or answer questions.
If your schedule changes, please let us know as early as possible so we can help you update your appointment and offer that time to another patient when available.
